Overview
Our client is seeking a resourceful Executive Secretary who will support the senior management by managing communications, scheduling, coordinating tasks, and ensuring smooth operations with stakeholders.
Job Requirements & Skills
- 8+ years’ experience as an executive secretary, preferably in the banking sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and relevant office tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the senior management’s schedule, communications, reports, and filing systems while preparing presentations and handling travel.
- Draft and edit communications for the senior management’s review, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
- Plan and coordinate domestic, and international travel, executive events, and industry engagements, ensuring seamless logistics and preparation.
- Anticipate the senior management’s needs, provide proactive support, and manage sensitive information with utmost discretion and trust.
