Overview

Our client is seeking a proactive and highly organized Front desk/Administrative Officer to manage administrative tasks and front office operations.

Job Requirements & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Office Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative and front desk role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional demeanour with a customer-centric approach.
  • Organizational efficiency, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support

  • Manage office correspondence, including emails, memos, and reports.
  • Maintain and organize company records, databases, and confidential files.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.
  • Prepare and distribute documents, presentations, and reports as required.
  • Support HR functions, including onboarding documentation and scheduling interviews.
  • Facility management.

Front Desk Management

  • Serve as the first point of contact, greeting visitors and clients professionally.
  • Handle incoming calls, inquiries, and correspondence efficiently.
  • Ensure a neat and organized reception area, creating a welcoming environment.
  • Manage office supplies, procurement, and inventory to support daily operations.
  • Assist in event coordination and hospitality arrangements for guests.
  • Communication & Coordination
  • Act as a liaison between different departments to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate internal communications and disseminate important updates.
  • Support executives with daily administrative needs and operational tasks.
