AGN Consultancy (“AGNC”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) provides recruitment, talent acquisition, executive search, HR consulting, and related workforce solutions to clients across various industries. This Recruitment Disclaimer governs the use of our recruitment services and website by job seekers, candidates, clients, and other users.
By applying for a position through AGNC, submitting your information, or using our recruitment services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- No Guarantee of Employment
Submitting an application, CV, résumé, or any other personal information to AGNC does not guarantee employment, an interview, placement, or future job opportunities.
Recruitment decisions are made solely by our client organizations, and AGNC cannot guarantee the outcome of any recruitment process.
- Accuracy of Information
Candidates are responsible for ensuring that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date.
Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in the withdrawal of an application, removal from our candidate database, or disqualification from current and future recruitment opportunities.
- Client Hiring Decisions
AGN Consultancy acts as an independent recruitment and HR consultancy on behalf of its clients.
While we may assess, shortlist, interview, and recommend candidates, all final hiring decisions, including employment offers, compensation, job responsibilities, background checks, and onboarding, remain the sole responsibility of the hiring organization.
AGN Consultancy shall not be liable for any employment decision made by a client.
- Candidate Assessments
Where applicable, candidates may be required to complete interviews, assessments, background verification, reference checks, or other evaluation processes.
Successful completion of these assessments does not guarantee employment.
- Data Processing
Personal information submitted during the recruitment process will be processed in accordance with AGNC’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA) 2023.

- Retention of Candidate Information

- Nothing in this disclaimer excludes liability where such exclusion is prohibited under applicable law.
- Fraud Warning
AGN Consultancy does not request payment from candidates in exchange for job opportunities, interviews, assessments, or employment.
